Abstract
The goal of this experiment was to investigate the behavior of a high speed projectile (pellet) traveling through two immiscible liquids- oil and water. We predict that if there are unique characteristics associated with passing through the liquid interface, then there will be deviation from the theoretical position vs. time turbulent flow equation. We used an Apple II interface with multiple flashes for high precision measurement of the position of the pellet.
