Liquids is a project that was completed for the 2000 High Speed Imaging Course at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics. In this course, the students were broken up into small groups to work on projects of their own design. The project was conducted from 9-20-00 to 10-5-10. In this project, Hans Choe and Steve Butcher chose to try and discover exactly what happens when two liquids collide. The liquids that we used were water and liquid nitrogen. To see how this was done, see the Experimental page.
